This is the ultimate fruity indulgence. I love making this desert every summer when the berries in my garden are ripe. So easy to make and so delicious! I feel like in heaven when I get a chance to enjoy this mouth-watering delight. To make it, simply fold layers of vanilla bean banana ice cream (frozen bananas blended with vanilla bean) with raspberries, young berries and passion fruit. Yum!!!
